United’s new number 32 set for debut

Sir Alex Ferguson has handed Summer signing Mame Biram Diouf the number 32 shirt and s set to give him his Manchester United debut imminently.

The Senegalese striker signed for United in the Summer, but stayed with Norwegian club Molde to finish the campaign.

The 22 year old has looked good in training, and Ferguson has been so impressed that he’s likely to throw him in at the deep end sooner rather than later.

‘He has adapted very well to our training regime and has looked very impressive,’ the United boss told Inside United.

‘He is quick, very good in the air and a good striker of the ball. Overall, he is a really good centre-forward and he will play a part this season.’
