United target: My departure is likely

Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano believes he will be sold this Summer, amid reported interest from a host of clubs including Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

The Brazilian international – who has scored 21 goals in 34 games for the Spanish club this season – recently expressed his honour at being linked with a move to Manchester United.

Fabiano’s contract at Sevilla expires next year and he believes the club will try to sell him this Summer rather than let him leave for free next year.

“My departure is very likely, my contract will expire next year and I’m not going to renew.”

“I think that Sevilla will try to sell me this summer,”

  1. Interesting links to Spanish clubs this season. Seems to come down to three clubs, each one with a forward and an attacking midfielder of quality possibly available!

    Valencia

    Silva
    Villa

    Atletico Madrid

    Aguero
    Forlan

    Sevilla

    Renato
    Fabiano

I would prefer Silva and Villa, but in all likelihood we will probably only have enough dinero for Silva.
