Rooney faces competition from Drogba and Fabregas for PFA award

Wayne Rooney’s stunning form has seen him nominated for both the PFA Player of the Year and PFA young Player of the Year awards.

The Manchester United striker has scored an incredible 34 goals this season, including 26 league goals and has been the key figure in United’s title challenge.

Rooney is considered to be the favourite to win the award, but faces stiff competition from Chelsea‘s Didier Drogba and Arsenal‘s Cesc Fabregas.
