Ronaldo hints at United return
Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted that he could one day return to Manchester United.
The superstar insists he’s happy in Madrid, but also misses everything about playing for United, including the manager, the players and the fans.
“Of course I miss playing for Manchester United,” Ronaldo told The News of the World. “I played there for six years and that’s a long time.
“I am still interested in watching Manchester United and, you never know, maybe in the future I could return to play there. It’s always possible.”
“I want to fulfil my contract here but, in the future, only God knows,” Ronaldo added. “I will not say I am not happy here at Real Madrid.
“I am really happy and everyone knows this is my club but, of course, I miss Manchester United, the boss, the players, because I left family there.”

Doubt it would happen, and somewhat conflicted about whether I would want to see him back. It was absolutely a blast watching him run riot over the EPL the past couple years, but we were at times too overly reliant on him to win games and our play was funneled through him, and rightfully so.
Good to know he cherishes his time at this club. Tells you there is something special at Old Trafford, player-bonding and friendship easily one of them.
