Ratings: Manchester United 3 – 0 Fulham

Van Der Sar – 7 Could have brought his deck chair for this one.

Neville – 7 One momentary lapse in the first half allowing Clint Dempsey to threaten the goal, but after that he was rarely troubled and contributed well to the attack with good crossing.

Vidic – 7 Same as Rio, rarely troubled. Great to see our first choice central defenders finally getting a run of games together though.

Evra – 7 Defended well. Attacked well. Just what we’ve come to expect from him.

Valencia – 5 Subdued display today. Not his usual energetic self and didn’t create much.

Carrick – 6 Drifted in and out of the game. Not at his best but Fulham were not in a position to take advantage.

Fletcher – 7 Another excellent energetic display from the Scot. Didn’t allow Fulham to settle on the ball.

Nani – 8 Excellent display in the first half. Trailed off towards the end of the second half. Would have had a few assists if Berbatov was more clinical.

Rooney – 8 Not overly involved in build up play, but he keeps finding himself in those goalscoring positions so it’s hard to complain.

Berbatov – 9 Fantastic display. Finishing could be better, but his build up play was superb and his assist for Rooney’s second goal was exquisite.
