It looks like it is very difficult to motivate United this season. Apart for few exceptions, our performances this season have been flat. We lack creativity up front, we are playing too slowly and have become too predictable, often using the wrong system. We have also lost that fear factor that we used to have. Rather than blaming referees Fergie should look at himself and his players. We need to improve fast, perhaps by buying a player or two, if we want to win anything this season.
