Manchester City fans fail in wind up attempt

Manchester City fans revealed a new level of stupidity today by claiming that they tried and failed to steal our famour ’34 years’ banner from the Stretford End.

The banner represents the number of years City have gone without winning a trophy, and the ‘handful’ of City supporters who planned to steal it; aimed to burn it at the derby last week.

The ignorant bitters paid to go on the Old Trafford tour, and planned to deviate from the party and head in the direction of the banner. Fortunately the stringent security measures in place inside the stadium halted their cunning plan.

So not only did they fail in their attempt to commit a criminal act, they also paid for the privilege of doing so. Thanks City , for providing us with comedy gold for 34 long and glorious years.

This is how it feels to be City…

Ill bet the stewards we’re gobsmacked to see some Mancunians in Stretford end!

Dont post this you new bitter cunt

  2. Well you do need the money.

  3. jesus christ, they are retarded. only a small mentality club like city would try something like this
    another triumph lads

  4. Have a read of this article “RealMancsAreBlue” and see how retarded (and incorrect) your name is.

  5. Train journey to and from Stockport and the Stadium Tour fee – expensive day for the bitters. They are a massive club though…….

  6. Red Dave – sad life you’re saddled with if you think this is a triumph.
Goodmantona – why do you call us bitters ? do you know ?
I’m the least bitter person you know (assuming both your mates are red as well.)
You feks really have become bitter and twisted though, it’s really funny and we’re lovin’ it.

    LGHU. tick tock.

  7. Yeah, your halfwit fans tried to steal a flag that makes fun of your lack of trophies, but we’re the bitter ones.

I find it truly brilliant that your little group of fans actually paid to come and see all of our trophies. You could not make it up, and with the laughing stock that is Manchester City, you don’t even need to.

    34 years.

  8. A pathetic attempt for a blog run by a lame arse blogger, exactly what are you trying to prove?

Who gives a crap whether there are more blue than red in Manchester or not, my family are from Manchester and split down the middle but that dont mean I can not hate you scum rags.

Truth is your pathetic banner will eventually become pointless and when that happens you will be living the fact Bacon Face Alex Ferguson, Drug Addict Rio Ferdinand, Mouthy Gary Neville, Edwin Van Der Sar, Ryan Giggs and the Gingerbread man ala Scholes will be jumping ship and when that happens your pathetic club will crumble.

Almost forgot to mention the fact Nemanja Vidic will be jumping ship too.

You keep your pansy banner and we will move on and up, and by the way the only smug and arrogant idiots around are you and your fellow scummy United fans ‘The Wolrd Agree’.

  9. Not arrogant, just better.

  10. Also:

“Who gives a crap whether there are more blue than red in Manchester or not?”

Bizarre question from a blogger whose website is named “This is our City”.

  11. It does not matter what anyone says, the tide is turning and City are going to be the biggest best richest club in England and thus the world. True its going to take a good few years to match all United’s trophies but who will really care in 10 years time that United have won the FA cup 11 times if the last time was 2004 and City have won it 5 times in the last 10 years.

It will be like a Blackburn fan getting excited that they won the prem in 1995, who cares?

So enjoy it while it lasts United fans, you have had a good run but it’s coming to an end.

PS we are spending more developing the land around our ground than your club is worth

  12. You probably will win something eventually Russ, but to believe that United are just going to fade away is a bit naive. We didn’t fade away when Abramovich turned up at Chelsea with his billions, in fact we responded by winning three league titles in a row and winning the Champions League. Manchester United is not a club that gives in. Instilled within the club, the players and the manager is a winning mentality that money simply can’t buy. And no matter how much success you do buy, you’ll never be a bigger club than Manchester United. You struggle to fill your stadium as it is, so to believe that you’ll one day be bigger than us just because you’ve got billions of pounds is more than a little optimistic. Chelsea’s failure to become a truly big club should be an indicator that success doesn’t automatically bring with it a huge fan base. That can only be built up by having decades of history, like we have and you don’t.

What I do find hilarious is that City fans have always bragged about their supporters being local (which is untrue anyway as proved on the link I posted earlier), but now you’re all desperate to be as big as United are across the world. When Glazer took over United we all stood outside Old Trafford and protested against it to try and prevent it from happening, but Manchester City fans were more than willing to bend over and take 12 inches of foreign cock if it meant a chance of success. You were all too willing to sacrifice your principles, even if they were built on lies.

As for you spending more developing the land around your ground than our club is worth, that’s not quite true, because it isn’t your ground, it belongs to the council.

In summary, a poor effort Russ. You may be able o buy some success in the years to come, but you’ll never buy class or history and you’ll never be a anywhere near as big as Manchester United. You’ll always be little old City with your small time mentality and small time fans.

Now// Russ the Blue…. Go back to school and start coloring ur cartoons with blue crayons….. nuff dreaming..

12 inches.. of foreign and u lie till the OIL leaks out from your mouth.. (after travelling a considerable distance in ur body)…….

Am no Manchester.. guy. Not UK guy.. there is onely one Religion for us.. its UNITED …….

  14. I saw in the Evening News tonight that City are bringing a documentary film out about this season. Should be a hoot! I can see it now: “Executive producer Garry Cock!” No doubt there’ll be no mention of the three defeats to United but the meaningless 2-1 semi-final first leg win at Wastelands is sure to feature prominently. I also wonder how they will gloss over the farcical sacking of Mark Hughes.

I must admit I’m quite looking forward to it. Should be another unintentionally hilarious, cringeworthy classic from the MASSIVE club. After all, as Garry Cock says “comedy has always been at the heart of what Manchester City is all about.”

  15. SR, Manchester

I’m not here to say all Mancs are blue and to go on about debt etc etc, just to say you all seem to have had a sense of humour bypass. If this were the other way round i’ve have congratulated you on your devious plan. Come on, get a grip!
