Fergie: Beckham unlikely to start
Sir Alex Ferguson believes former Old Trafford hero David Beckham is unlikely to start for Ac Milan at Old Trafford tonight.
The Manchester United boss saw his team win in the San Siro in February and will host the Italian giants in Manchester tonight.
Beckham started the first leg, but has not not made the starting lineup for Milan since.
“He has not started a game since the last time he played us,” the United manager pointed out. “I don’t know if Beckham will play. I haven’t got him down in my conclusions.”
Whether this is a ploy by the United manager remains to be seen.
