Chelsea fans show lack of class by booing Bridge

The class of Chelsea fans sunk to new depths today during their match with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. Rather than sympathize with former player Wayne Bridge for the humiliation and heartache he’s suffered thanks to Chelsea captain John Terry, they chose to boo the left back whenever he came near the ball.

Tensions are obviously still high between Terry and Bridge as indicated by the non handshake before kick off. Terry put his hand out to shake Bridge’s hand, but the City player blanked the disgraced former England captain and walked right past him.

When the game kicked off there were boos and whistles for Bridge, who was the innocent victim in the whole scandal involving his ex Vanessa Perroncel. Most fans would recognize this and leave Bridge alone, but Chelsea fans, classless as they are, chose to show as much respect as their big man™ captain JT. Utterly despicable, but not altogether surprising.

Thankfully their team got a pasting on the pitch thanks to two goals each from Craig Bellamy and mercenary Carlos Tevez, giving us a huge boost to our title hopes.

Craig Bellamy told Sky Sports what he thought of Terry in his post match interview.

“I think you guys make a lot more of it, you know, em, I know what JT’s like, and nothing surprises me about him, so I’m not going to comment on that guy, em, I think everyone in football knows what the guy’s like.”

  1. You make it sound like Chelsea fans once had class and lost it. Sorry ! THEY HAVE NEVER HAD CLASS !

They are all a bunch of crude and uncouth tasteless dummies.

  2. I gotta be honest, I think yor spot on. Wayne Bridge had no reason to get the reception he did from the Chelsea supporters. There was no reason for that and it shows how bad the plastic Chelsea fans are. even as Bridge was taking a throw in, a kid about 14 was behind him calling him a c**t.
I really hope as a City fan, that we have actually done enough to give you lot the edge in the chase for the league. The banner may be able to stay up a little longer, but we have waited this long…….
    Good luck tomoz guyz

  3. Thank you Blueboy, much appreciated for your sentiments. Though our sentiment stopped after the whistle last night (after all, we still don’t like mercenaries hopping over for money! >:D)

  4. Justice was done, thanks to agent Tevez!
