Ancelotti: We’ve nothing to fear from United

Carlo Ancelotti believes he has nothing to fear from us in the race for the title.

The Chelsea boss says that while his team is top of the table he has no reason to worry.

“I know well the strengths of Manchester United. I know the quality of their players, the quality of the coach. But I don’t know why I have to be worried now,” he told The Mirror.

“Maybe in January, but now, no. Now I am happy to stay at the top of the table.”

He went on to claim that his team have performed better than us and that’s why they’re top of the table.

“I think that, until now, we have done better than Manchester United.

“We have two more points, we won against them and that is why we are at the top of the table.

“Of course we know very well that Manchester United are a fantastic team and that we have to race with them until the end of the season.

“I don’t know what will happen in the future but up to this point, we have to consider what we’ve done – and I say that until now, we’ve done better than them.”

It seems he has forgotten about the farcical refereeing decisions that helped his side beat us at Stamford Bridge, without which we would be top of the table, not them.
